WYMAGANIA:

Kurs jest przeznaczony dla:

- uczestników umiejących pokierować grupą, pełnych motywacji i pozytywnego myślenia.

- uczestników z doświadczeniem w praktyce dynamicznego stylu jogi (ashtanga, vinyasa, zaawansowanej hatha-jogi, itp.) posiadających trochę doświadczenia w nauczaniu i szukających możliwości rozwoju zarówno praktyki jak i stylu nauczania.

This Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course is a first step for practitioners to take to be certified as a Yoga Teacher. It targets to bring about a a better understanding of the vinyasa system, which first appeared with- in the Ashtanga Yoga system as taught by Sri K.Pattabhi Jois of the KPJAYI Institute in Mysore, India. This is a chance to inspect alignment and proper execution of yoga postures (yoga asanas) in a dynamic/ moving struc- ture, how to teach them safely, their benefits and precautions and modifications, as well the art of understanding and applying vinyasa sequencing. Basic concepts of anatomy and physiology , purification techniques (kriyas), breathing practice (pranayama), concentration (dharana), meditation will be practiced as well as research into yoga philosophy and how it can be universally understood by all cultures. Participants are trained how to teach and practice the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series and Intermediate Series as it continues to be taught now by Sharath Rangaswamy at KPJAYI. Students learn hands-on manual adjustment techniques used in the Mysore tradition as well as additional strengthening training techniques. Furthermore, the new guided vinyasa flow sequencing yoga classes that have arose from the Ashtanga Mysore self-practice are examined and differentiated. During the course, you’ll also learn to overcome stage fright, build confidence in yourself and in your students and gather useful tips and tricks that will make your classes popular and your students loyal.
